An awesome array of materials used to produce a game based on one of the most popular cinematic stories of all time. The updated version, filmed by Dino DeLaurentis in 1977, featured Kong leaping between the twin towers of the World Trade Center to make his last stand. The platforms for Kong fantasies were the jungle of Skull Island and the Trade Center. The Colorforms rendering of the classic tale was more than worthy of an immortal epic. This production portfolio for game #4095 contains: the large 12-1/2" x 16-1/2" original cover painting (W/C w/lettering overlay); original 32" x 13-1/2" triptych platform jungle painting (W/C); original 31" x 14" triptych platform painting (W/C, three panels w/World Trade Center in center); pos.'s; amazing full color hand-painted box mock-up w/painted platform panels and vinyl inside; and a NM game.
