In 1941, M. A. and Margret Rey created an inquisitive monkey that has charmed and entertained millions of children in countries around the world ever since. The character is consistently among the most enduring and recognizable children's literary characters, and has spawned hundreds of licensed toys and games. As was the case for almost all of the Colorforms games, the art for the licensed character was true to the original creation. This production portfolio for game #611 contains: the original 8" x 12" cover painting (W/C w/lettering and colored tissue overlays); two different original 16" x 12" paintings of the platform art (W/C); bklt mech. w/hand colored tis. ovly.; corr. prf.'s; cover prog.'s; and a NM game.
